Requirements

• SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Tools) and numerate.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good attitude and responsible character.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibility

• Administrative and executive secretaries perform liaison, coordination and organizational tasks in support of managers and professionals and/or prepare correspondence, reports and records of proceedings and other specialized documentation.
• Process invoices, receipts, claims and payments.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets, monitoring of expenditures, drafting of contracts and purchasing or acquisition orders.
• Conduct coldcall to targeted B2B audiences to create awareness about Aquaswift's trainings and products.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain a database of potential clients, ensuring accurate and updated information.
